摘 要:面对在建的白竺3号隧道工程发生的开挖过程中围岩的大变形问题,对该隧道工程地质等影响因素、监测数据及大变形成因机理进行分析,得知隧道围岩变形速度快且变形量大,典型断面拱顶下沉最大值约为450 mm,水平收敛最大值约为200 mm,并提出了针对性处治方案。研究分析发现该隧道大变形是多种不良地质、水文等因素共同作用的结果,但最主要的影响因素是类土质隧道围岩较弱和遇地下水崩解软化带来的承载能力不足问题。经处治后监测数据验证:对于大变形段围岩采用超前小导管+注浆加固化处理、改进相对应的开挖工法等措施效果良好,较好地控制了洞身的挤压变形,这可为今后类似工程提供借鉴。In the face of the large deformation problem of surrounding rock in the excavation process of Baizhu No.3 Tunnel under construction,the paper analyzed the influencing factors,monitoring data and the cause mechanism of large deformation of the tunnel engineering geology,and found out that the deformation speed of surrounding rock was fast and the deformation was large,the maximum value of vault subsidence of typical section was about 450 mm,and the maximum value of horizontal convergence was about 200 mm,and put forward the corresponding treatment methods.It is found that the large deformation of the tunnel is the result of a variety of adverse geological and hydrological factors,but the main influencing factors are the weak surrounding rock of the soil like tunnel and the insufficient bearing capacity caused by the collapse and softening of groundwater.After the treatment,the monitoring data verify that:the measures such as using advanced small pipe+grouting and solidification treatment and improving the corresponding excavation method are good for the large deformation section surrounding rock,which can better control the extrusion deformation of the tunnel body and provide reference for similar projects in the future.
