摘 要:在劲性混凝土钢结构工程施工中,由于型钢柱截面尺寸影响,钢筋安装中通常需要在型钢柱腹板和翼缘板部位采取开孔和焊接接驳器的构造措施,钢筋穿柱和接驳器连接工艺施工中往往会出现设计加工不符、开孔错误、标高偏差、钢筋安装位移、钢柱焊接累计误差等综合问题,从而降低钢筋穿孔和接驳器连接一次安装合格率。通过对劲性混凝土钢结构柱在实际操作中发生的问题进行总结和分析,制定相应的解决措施和方法,从而改进和提升钢筋在劲性混凝土钢结构柱安装中的合格率,满足现场安装要求,为同类工程提供借鉴。In the construction of stiff reinforced concrete,due to the influence of sectional dimension of steel column,the connection methods of opening holes and welding on the web and flange of steel column are widely used.In the construction process of rebar penetrating column and connector setting,lots of problems may take place,such as design and processing inconsistency,opening holes error,elevation deviation,rebar installation displacement,steel column welding cumulative error,which can reduce the one-time installation qualified rate of steel bar perforation and connector connection.Through the summary and analysis of the problems occurred in the actual construction of rigid steel reinforced concrete structure column,the corresponding solutions and methods are formulated to improve and enhance the qualified rate of reinforcement in the installation of steel reinforced concrete structure column,so as to meet the site installation requirements and provide reference for similar projects.
