富羧基复合粘结剂对高载量硫化聚丙烯腈电极性能的影响

摘  要:硫化聚丙烯腈材料作为锂硫电池体系中循环寿命较长的材料备受关注,为面向工业化应用,在高载量硫化聚丙烯腈电极设计上有很大的研究需求。设计了一种富羧基复合粘结剂,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)进行分析,结果表明该粘结剂对高载量硫化聚丙烯腈电极的制备有优良的改善作用,减少了极片微裂纹的产生,保证电极完整性。大于7 mg/cm^(2)的S@PAN电极在0.1C的倍率下80次循环后仍保持89.8%的充放电比容量,进而保证了优良的循环性能。同时具有良好的倍率性能,2C倍率放电保持65.2%的优异倍率性能。Sulfurized polyacrylonitrile material has attracted mumerous attention due to its long cycle life in the lithium-sulfur battery system.In order to promote the marketed application,there is a great research demand in the design of high-load vulcanized.A carboxyl-rich composite binder is designed.Scanning electron microscope(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD)are used for analysis.The results show that polyacrylonitrile electrode by using this type of binder,good improvement on the preparation of the high sulfur content sulfurized polyacrylonitrile electrodes,significant reduction of micro-cracks in the pole piece,and electrode integrity are realized.The S@PAN electrode with content greater than 7mg/cm^(2) still maintains 89.8%charge-discharge specific capacity after 80 cycles at a rate of 0.1C.Thus excellent cycle performance is ensured.It has 65.2%specific capacity at 2C rate.
