摘 要:针对自然换流过程中电流转移时间过长等问题,本文提出一种采用外加高频变换磁场,利用机械开关在高频磁场中产生的感应电动势和机械开关电弧电压的叠加,以增大故障电流转移阶段中机械开关支路电压,减小电流转移时间的方案。在利用Q3D提取了机械开关支路的杂散电感的基础上,进行了改进方案的仿真分析。结果表明,所提方案能大幅缩短故障电流的转移时间,确保断路器分断的可靠性。In the process of natural commutation,too long transfer time could even bring about the current transfer fails.In this paper,an improved scheme of applying external high frequency transform magnetic field is proposed.For the scheme,induced electromotive force generated by the stray inductance in the mechanical switch branch generate in the high-frequency changing magnetic field would increase the voltage in the mechanical switch branch during the fault current transfer phase.Based on the parameters of the stray inductances of the mechanical switch branch extracted using simulation software Q3D,a simulation loop is established.The analysis results show that the proposed scheme can greatly shorten the transfer time of fault current and ensure the reliable breaking of the hybrid circuit breaker.
