摘  要:针对极柱冷却型动力蓄电池组绝缘低的问题,详细分析了极柱冷却型蓄电池组绝缘低的原因。在全面分析与对比电压法和电流法测量电池组绝缘特点的基础上,根据实际案例排查过程,总结出一套实用的极柱冷却型蓄电池组绝缘低的排查法,为极柱冷却型动力蓄电池组绝缘低的故障排查提供了理论和实践指导。Aiming at the problem of low insulation frequently occurred on a electrode-cooling type power battery pack,the reasons of low insulation of the pack are analyzed in detail.On the basis of comprehensive analysis and comparison of voltage method and current method measuring the insulation resistances to ground,according to the actual case investigation on a battery pack in service onboard,a set of procedures troubleshooting low insulation of the electrode-cooling type battery pack is proposed,which provides theoretical and practical guidance for the troubleshooting of low insulation of electrode-cooling power batteries.
