摘　　要：本文主要探讨了常见的几种地表水作为接种液的可行性,以及每种地表水作为接种液加入每升稀释水中最适宜的加入量,使五日生化需氧量(BOD5)的测定更方便、准确。Dilution water and blank value are the key to the quality control of BOD5. This paper mainly discusses the feasibility of several common surface water as inoculum, and the most appropriate amount of each surface water as inoculum to add into each liter of diluted water, so as to make the determination of BOD5 more convenient and accurate in daily work.
