摘  要:本文针对实际印染废水厂的酸化池出水以及厌氧-缺氧-好氧(AAO)工艺出水,构建了以光催化陶瓷膜反应器,根据色度、COD去除率以及膜污染缓解效果评价该技术可行性。实验结果表明,原位光催化高级氧化陶瓷膜反应器对总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)的去除效果不明显,对色度和COD的去除效果不如对照组,但有效延缓膜污染。A photocatalytic ceramic membrane reactor was constructed to treat the effluent from acidification pond and anaerobic anoxic aerobic(AAO) process in a printing and dyeing wastewater plant. The feasibility of the technology was evaluated according to the chroma, COD removal rate and membrane pollution mitigation effect. The results showed that the removal efficiency of total nitrogen(TN) and total phosphorus(TP) by in-situ photocatalytic advanced oxidation ceramic membrane reactor was not obvious, and the removal efficiency of chromaticity and COD was not as good as that of the control group, but the membrane pollution was effectively delayed.
