摘　　要：中国特色社会主义政党制度作为一种新型政党制度,是中国共产党、中国人民和各民主党派、无党派人士基于中国近百年以来的特定国情和实现中华民族伟大复兴的特定现代化目标创造出的重要政治制度。从中国共产党成立到这一制度的形成与成熟完善,百年来的发展历程彰显的规律性,政党制度结构与功能的科学性,政党制度运行的合理性和政党制度国家治理绩效的有效性,成为中国特色社会主义政党制度优越性的主要来源。在世界百年未有之大变局与国内全面建设社会主义现代化国家大局背景下,这四重来源需要在理论与实践两个维度上实现整合,以共同塑造中国特色社会主义政党制度优越性,增强其优越性的解释力与说服力,并在此基础上构建一套具有说服力和传播力的中国特色社会主义政党制度优越性话语体系,从而在学理上阐明它对世界政党制度与政党理论的重要贡献。As a new type of political party system,the socialist political party system with Chinese characteristics is an important political system created by the Communist Party of China,the Chinese people,non-Communist parties and non-party personages based on China’s specific national conditions over the past100 years and the specific modernization goal of realizing national great rejuvenation. From the establishment of the Communist Party of China to the formation and maturity of this system,the historical regularity demonstrated in the course of development over the past century,the scientific nature of the structure and function of the party system,the rationality of the party system’s operation,and the effectiveness of the party system ’s national governance performance,have become the main sources of the superiority of the socialist party system with Chinese characteristics. In the context of world changes that have not been seen in a century and the overall domestic situation of building a socialist country,these four sources need to be integrated in the two dimensions of theory and practice to jointly shape the superiority of the socialist party system with Chinese characteristics and strengthen the explanatory power and persuasive power of its superiority. And on this basis,a set of persuasive and communicable discourse system of the superiority of the socialist party system with Chinese characteristics can be constructed,so as to clarify its important contribution to world political party system and party theory.
