摘　　要：目的探讨不同病程老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清Irisin水平的变化,分析与血清Irisin水平相关的影响因素。方法选取60~70岁老年T2DM患者90例,根据病程长短分为3组:~5年者为A组,~15年者为B组,≥15年者为C组。另选年龄、性别、体重指数(BMI)相匹配的健康对照者30例(NC组)。所有对象均测定空腹状态下血清Irisin水平,同时检测所有受试对象空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HBA1C)、甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)。结果与NC组相比,T2DM 3组患者血清Irisin水平显著降低(P<0.05),T2DM组内比较,C组Irisin水平显著低于A、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单因素直线相关分析结果显示,老年T2DM患者的血清Irisin水平与病程、FPG、HBA1C、TC呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论老年T2DM患者血清Irisin水平随病程的延长而降低。Objective Discuss the changes of Irisin serum level in different duration of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes(Type 2 diabetes mellitus T2 DM),and analysis the influence factors related to the serum level of Irisin.Methods Ninty cases of elderly T2 DM patients, age betweens 60 to 70 years old, according to the courses of disease was divided into three groups equally: ≤5 years for group A;5 years<the courses of disease<15 years for group B;≥15 years for group C.And match age, gender, Body Mass Index(BMI) of 30 cases of healthy controls for NC group.All objects assay serum levels of Irisin fasting condition, at the same time test them fasting blood glucose(FBG),hemoglobin A1 c(HBA1 C),triglyeeride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),1 ow-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C).Results Compared with NC group, elderly T2 DM patients with three groups of serum level of Irisin was significantly reduced(P<0.05);Elderly T2 DM group in comparison, serum level of Irisin for group C was significantly reduced for A,B group, the difference was statistically significantly(P<0.05).Single factor linear correlation analysis showed that, serum Irisin was significantly negatively correlated with course of disease, FPG,HBA1 C,TC(P<0.05).Conclusion Elderly T2 DM patients serum Irisin level decreased with the extension of disease progression.
