摘  要:目的研究山东地区脊柱结核患者体内巨噬细胞抑制移动因子(MIF)rs755622位点多态性和血清浓度水平与结核病易感性的关系。方法选择脊柱结核患者110例和非相关健康对照者110例作为研究对象。提取基因组DNA。用DNA测序对MIF rs755622位点基因多态性进行基因分型,同时ELISA法检测MIF血清学水平。结果脊柱结核组MIF rs755622位点的C微等位基因和GC+CC基因型均显著高于对照组。脊柱结核患者的平均MIF水平明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01)。结论MIF rs755622位点基因多态性和血浆MIF水平升高与山东省脊柱结核的发生、发展和损害可能有重要关系。Objective To study the relationship between the rs755622 polymorphism of macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF)and the susceptibility to tuberculosis in patients with spinal tuberculosis in Shandong Province.Methods One hundred and ten patients with spinal tuberculosis and 110 unrelated healthy controls were selected as the study subjects.Genomic DNA was extracted.The polymorphism of MIF rs755622 was genotyped by DNA sequencing,and the serological level of MIF was detected by ELISA.Results The C microallele and GC+CC genotype of MIF rs755622 in spinal tuberculosis group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The mean level of MIF in patients with spinal tuberculosis was significantly higher than that in healthy controls(P<0.01).Conclusion The genetic polymorphism of MIF rs755622 and the increase of plasma MIF level may be related to the occurrence,development and damage of spinal tuberculosis in Shandong province.
