摘　　要：目的探讨改进式母乳喂养指导方法对阴道分娩产妇母乳喂养技能掌握度的影响。方法选取2020年6月至8月于潍坊医学院附属医院进行阴道分娩的产妇160例为研究对象,将产妇按随机方法分为对照组和观察组,每组各80例。对照组产妇按常规流程护理,观察组运用教具(娃娃、乳房)进行床旁示教,观察两组产妇母乳喂养技能掌握程度及产妇乳头损伤情况。结果观察组产妇乳头损伤(红肿、皲裂或水泡)的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(16.25%vs.41.25%,χ^(2)=12.204,P<0.05);观察组产妇母乳喂养技能(哺乳姿势)掌握情况明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(97.81%vs.75.62%,χ^(2)=63.389,P<0.05);观察组产妇母乳喂养技能(含接姿势)掌握情况明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(96.07%vs.73.57%,χ^(2)=110.100,P<0.05)。结论运用教具的母乳喂养指导方法可以使阴道分娩产妇迅速掌握正确的哺乳及含接姿势,能够降低乳头损伤的发生率,提高母乳喂养成效。Objective To explore the effect of improved breastfeeding guidance on the mastery degree of breastfeeding skills in women with vaginal delivery.Methods A total of 160 puerperae who underwent vaginal delivery in the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical University from June to August 2020 were selected as the research objects.The puerperae were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 80 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care, and the observation group was given bedside teaching with AIDS education(dolls, breasts).The mastery degree of maternal breastfeeding skills and maternal nipple injury were observed.Results The incidence of nipple injury like redness, chapping or blisters in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(16.25% vs.41.25%,χ^(2)=12.204,P<0.05);the mastering of breastfeeding skills, like breastfeeding posture, in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(97.81% vs.75.62%,χ^(2)=63.389,P<0.05);the mastering of breastfeeding skills-connecting position in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(96.07% vs.73.57%,χ^(2)=110.100,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of AIDS education to breast feeding guidance method can make women with vaginal delivery quickly grasp the correct position of breastfeeding and reduce the incidence of nipple injury, improve the effect of breastfeeding.
