摘  要:制备了一种带孔面板与蜂窝芯粘接用热破胶膜。该胶膜破孔率大于95%,玻璃化转变温度(Tg)为122.0℃,室温剪切强度为35.3MPa,100℃剪切强度为25.1MPa,90°板-板剥离强度为73.5N/cm,胶膜厚度为0.05mm和0.08mm时,90°板-芯剥离强度为15.5N/cm和22.3N/cm。该胶膜具有良好的工艺稳定性、黏性和铺覆性,可铺覆在蜂窝格孔表面进行热破,解决了现有环氧结构胶粘剂热破率低、耐温性差等问题。A Hot-break adhesive film is prepared for the bonding of the perforated panel and honeycomb core material. The blow hole rate is more than 95%, the glass-transition temperature(Tg) is 122.0℃, the shear strength at room temperature and 100℃ is 35.3 MPa and 25.1 MPa separately, the 90° peel strength is 73.5 N/cm. When the adhesive film thickness is 0.05 mm and 0.08 mm, the 90° peel strength of aluminum honeycomb-sandwich structure is 15.5 N/cm and 22.3 N/cm. The adhesive film has a good process stability, viscosity and coverability and can be used on the surface of honeycomb lattice for hot-break, which solves the problem of epoxy structural film adhesive such as low blow hole rate and poor temperature resis-tance.
