摘 要:以双马树脂为原料,加入氰酸酯、聚芳醚砜、发泡剂等填料,并通过混料、延压成膜等工艺制备出耐高温发泡胶膜J-381。通过万能拉力机测试了发泡胶膜在不同温度下的管剪、压缩和抗拉等性能;管剪测试表明该发泡胶具有优异的粘结性能和耐温性能:-55℃、25℃和150℃管剪强度均不小于8MPa,205℃管剪强度大于4MPa。与多种材料的抗拉测试结果表明J-381与各种材料具有优异的粘结性能:铝-铝抗拉强度9.2MPa;钛-钛抗拉强度5.9MPa;双马基复材-双马基复材抗拉强度5.9MPa。J-381与典型环氧树脂发泡胶膜、氰酸酯树脂发泡胶膜和国外双马树脂发泡胶膜的基本性能也进行了比较。A high temperature resistant foam adhesive film(J-381)is synthesized with the bismaleimide resin as the raw material, the bisphenol A dicyanate(BADCy), polyarylether sulfone(PES-C)and blowing agent as the fillers by the processes of mixing and film forming. The pipe shear strength,compression and tensile properties at different temperature of J-381 are tested by the universal tensile machine. The pipe shear strength test shows that the J-381 has excellent bonding performance and temperature resistance: the pipe shear strength is no less than 8 MPa at-55 ℃, 25℃ and 150℃and the pipe shear strength is greater than 4 MPa at 205℃. The tensile strength test of J-381 with a variety of materials shows that it has excellent bonding properties to a variety of materials: the aluminum-aluminum tensile strength is 9.2 MPa;the titanium-titanium tensile strength is 5.9 MPa;the bismaleimide composite material-bismaleimde composite material tensile strength is 5.9 MPa. In addition, the performance differences between J-381 with typical epoxy resin foam adhesive film, cyanate resin foam adhesive film and foreign bismaleimide resin foam adhesive film are compared.
