摘 要:以MnO_(2)作为填料加入到环氧树脂防腐涂料中,制成MnO_(2)/环氧树脂薄膜。探讨其用量对环氧防腐涂料介电、耐盐雾及电化学性能的影响。研究发现:当MnO_(2)粉体添加量为5%(wt)时,涂料的中性盐雾时间超过200h,漆膜的腐蚀电流低,腐蚀电位高,证明其具有良好的电化学防腐性能。可为新型防腐涂料的开发提供新的思路。The MnO_(2) is added into the epoxy resin anti-corrosion coating as filler to make the MnO_(2)/epoxy resin film. The effects of its dosage on the dielectric property, salt spray resistance and electrochemical properties of epoxy anticorrosive coatings are investigated. It is found that when the amount of MnO_(2) powder is 5%(wt), the neutral salt spray time of the coating exceeds 200 h, the corrosion current of the paint film is low and the corrosion potential is high, which proves that the paint has a good electrochemical anticorrosion performance. The results of this study can provide new ideas for the development of new anticorrosive coatings.
