摘 要:为了制备出适宜于网球拍用木质素胶粘剂,采用黏度计、拉伸试验机等手段,考察了碱浓度、酚醛比、反应时间和木质素添加量对网球拍用木质素胶粘剂性能的影响。结果表明,随着碱浓度增加,胶粘剂黏度、固含量逐渐增大,在碱浓度为8%时取得胶合板胶合强度最大值,且胶合板未出现透胶现象;随着酚醛比或反应时间延长,胶合板的胶合强度逐渐增加且都未出现透胶现象;随着酚醛∶木质素比例减小,胶粘剂的黏度先增加后减小,胶合板胶合强度逐渐降低。适宜的网球拍用木质素胶粘剂的制备工艺为:苯酚/木质素=75∶25、碱浓度为8%、酚醛比=2.0∶1、反应时间3h。In order to prepare the lignin adhesive suitable for the tennis racket, the effects of alkali concentration, phenolic aldehyde ratio, reaction time and lignin content on the properties of lignin adhesive for the tennis racket are investigated by the viscometer and tensile testing machine. The results show that the viscosity and solid content of the adhesive increases with the increase of alkali concentration, and the maximum value of plywood bonding strength is obtained when the alkali concentration is 8%, and there is no glue penetration of plywood;with the increase of phenolic aldehyde ratio or reaction time, the bonding strength of plywood gradually increases and the glue penetration does not appear;with the decrease of ratio of phenolic to lignin, the adhesive viscosity firstly increases and then decreases, after that, the bonding strength of plywood decreases gradually. The optimum preparation process for lignin adhesive used for the tennis racket is showed as follows: the ratio of phenol to lignin is 75 ∶25, the alkali concentration is8%, the phenolic aldehyde ratio is 2.0∶1 and the reaction time is 3 h.
