摘　　要：大学生返乡创业能激发农村行业创新活力、缓解社会就业压力、促进乡村经济发展。随着2018年"乡村振兴战略"推进以来,我国大学生返乡创业也暴露出诸多问题。本研究通过对2009-2019年我国学者关于大学生返乡创业研究的相关论文文献进行梳理分析发现:我国大学生返乡创业存在创业行业相对集中、创业主体素质偏低、创业环境不完善的共性问题,问题的产生主要受到政策、自身、教育、环境四种因素的影响。基于对问题和因素的分析,当前我国大学生返乡创业需要深化创业教育改革,强化返乡创业教育引导性、完善创业政策体系,增强政策实施与落地力度、加强媒体社会宣传,营造良好的返乡创业氛围、提升学生综合素质,增强社会融入信心和能力。College students returning hometown to start a business can stimulate the innovation vitality of rural industries,relieve the pressure of social employment,and promote the development of rural economy.With the promotion of "Rural Revitalization Strategy" in 2018,many problems have been exposed for college students to return hometown to start their own businesses.This study through the 2009-2019 Chinese scholars on the return of entrepreneurship research related papers,from the current situation of college students return hometown entrepreneurship,constraints and security measures to analyze the point of view:China’s college students return hometown entrepreneurship needs to break through education,self,environment,policy and a series of constraints.
