新冠肺炎疫情下应届毕业生就业期望及其影响因素的实证研究——以湖北省武汉市部分高校为例

摘　　要：在新冠肺炎疫情影响下,高校应届毕业生的就业期望受许多因素的影响。本研究在对武汉相关高校应届毕业生进行问卷调查所得数据的基础上,运用回归分析方法就应届毕业生就业期望的影响因素进行分析,结果表明:成绩班级排名、家庭所在地、家庭月收入情况、是否有借过助学贷款、是否感染过新冠肺炎、介意同事曾感染过新冠肺炎的程度对预期初始就业月收入有显著影响;毕业年级、是否有借过助学贷款、是否有亲朋感染过新冠肺炎、介意同事曾感染过新冠肺炎的程度对预期初始就业地区有显著影响;本研究所列举因素对预期就业单位性质没有显著影响。Under the influence of the new crown pneumonia epidemic,the employment expectations of college graduates are affected by many factors.Based on the data obtained from a questionnaire survey of recent graduates from relevant universities in Wuhan,this research uses regression analysis to analyze the factors affecting the employment expectations of recent graduates.The results show that:class ranking,family location,family monthly income,whether Have borrowed student loans,whether they have been infected with new coronary pneumonia,or mind that the degree to which colleagues have been infected with new coronary pneumonia has a significant impact on the expected initial monthly employment income;graduation grade,whether they have borrowed student loans,whether relatives and friends have been infected with new coronary pneumonia,mind that the degree to which colleagues have been infected with new coronary pneumonia has a significant impact on the expected initial employment area;the factors listed in this research have no significant impact on the nature of the expected employment unit.
