防疫背景下高校毕业生就业思想政治教育的困境与对策探究

摘　　要：就业是民生之本。在防疫背景下,高校毕业生就业思想政治教育的作用更加凸显,有利于疏导毕业生心态、树立正确就业观和提升就业成功率。在实际教学过程中,毕业生就业思想政治教育面临着就业形势严峻、毕业生心态浮躁和优质师资力量紧缺这些新旧问题,本研究构建就业思政教育体系、突出教学内容的时效性和采用分类化的教育模式这三个方面来探究破解就业思想政治教育困境的对策,有利于帮助高校毕业生沉着应对就业环境新变化,实现顺利就业。Employment is the foundation of people’s livelihood.In the context of epidemic prevention,the role of ideological and political education in employment of college graduates is more prominent,which is conducive to guiding the mentality of graduates,setting up a correct view of employment and improving the success rate of employment.In the process of practical teaching,graduate employment ideological and political education is facing severe employment situation,graduates mentality impetuous and shortage of high quality teachers of these old and new problems,from the construction of employment education education system,highlight the timeliness of teaching content and method of classification of these three aspects to explore education mode crack employment countermeasures of ideological and political education,to help college graduates ctively changes new employment environment,realize the smooth employment.
