摘  要:针对中国科学院金属研究所研制的用于腐蚀环境下的非标涂层钢筋,开展了该钢筋与混凝土锚固特性研究,基于拉拔试验研究了钢筋直径、混凝土强度、保护层厚度、黏结长度等因素对非标涂层钢筋与混凝土的黏结锚固性能的影响,并进行了锚固可靠度分析,在此基础上提出非标涂层钢筋外形系数取值和锚固长度的计算式。结果表明:非标涂层钢筋与混凝土的平均黏结强度,随着钢筋直径的增大而减小,随着混凝土强度的增大而增大,随着保护层厚度和黏结长度增大呈现先增大后减小的趋势。提出的非标涂层钢筋锚固长度的计算方法,满足规范可靠度的规定及工程实际的要求。Aiming at the non-standard coated steel bars developed in the corrosive environment developed by the Institute of Metal Research of the Chinese Academy of Sciences,the anchorage characteristics of the steel bars and concrete were studied.Based on the pull-out test,the steel bar diameter,concrete strength,protective layer thickness,bond length,etc.The influence of factors on the bonding and anchoring performance of non-standard coated steel bars and concrete,and the analysis of anchoring reliability was carried out.Based on this,the calculation formula of the shape coefficient and anchoring length of non-standard coated steel bars was proposed.The results show that the average bond strength of non-standard coated steel bars and concrete decreases with the increase of the diameter of the steel bar,increases with the increase of the strength of the concrete,and increases with the increase of the thickness of the protective layer and the bond length.The trend of increasing first and then decreasing.The proposed method for calculating the anchoring length of non-standard coated steel bars meets the requirements of code reliability and engineering requirements.
