摘  要:通过开展普通乱向钢纤维增强水泥基复合材料(SFRC)及定向钢纤维增强水泥基复合材料(ASFRC)三点弯曲梁冲击断裂试验,研究了不同加载速率对SFRC断裂性能的影响及不同纤维掺量SFRC与ASFRC的冲击断裂性能。结果表明:SFRC的峰值荷载与断裂能均随加载速率的增大而增大,展现了明显的率效应;SFRC与ASFRC的峰值荷载与断裂能整体上均随纤维掺量的增加而提高;相同纤维掺量的ASFRC较SFRC峰值荷载提高了30%~40%,断裂能提高了50%~90%,ASFRC展现了更好的抗冲击性能。The three-point bending tests on notched beams of ordinary steel fiber-reinforced cementitious composites(SFRC)and aligned steel fiber-reinforced cementitious composites(ASFRC)was conducted to study the influence of different loading rate on the fracture property of SFRC and the impact fracture property of SFRC and ASFRC with different fiber content.The results show that the peak load and fracture energy of SFRC increased with the loading rate which showed an obvious rate effect.The peak load and fracture energy of both SFRC and ASFRC increased with the fiber content on the whole.The peak load of ASFRC increased by 30%to 40%,and the fracture energy increased by 50%to 90%compared with SFRC′s with same fiber content.ASFRC showed better impact resistance.
