摘 要:为了研究双孔空心装配式预制梁的力学性能,共设计了3个双孔空心预制梁试件和1个普通实心预制梁对比试件。在试验室内相同约束和相同加载条件下,分别对其进行了力学性能试验。通过对破坏过程描述、荷载-挠度曲线、承载力及变形能力、裂缝分布及发展规律等进行对比分析,了解了双孔空心预制梁的力学特性和突出优势。研究结果表明:双孔空心装配式预制梁在加载过程中,裂缝分布均匀,发展规律显著。通过对荷载-挠度曲线对比分析发现,在跨中挠度相同时,空心预制梁的承载力小于实心预制梁。通过对承载力指标分析得出能满足工程基本要求。通过对承载力指标进行分析,试验值大于设计值,满足工程基本要求。In order to study the mechanical properties of the double-hole hollow prefabricated beam,a total of three pieces of double-hole hollow prefabricated beam and one piece of ordinary solid prefabricated beam were designed.The mechanical properties were tested under the same constraint and loading conditions in the laboratory.Through a description of the destruction process.,load-deflection curve,bearing capacity and deformation capacity,crack distribution and development law,the mechanical characteristics and prominent advantages of double-hole hollow precast beam are understood.The results show that the crack distribution of double-hole hollow prefabricated beam is uniform and the development law is remarkable.Through the comparative analysis of load-deflection curve,it is found that the bearing capacity of hollow precast beam is less than that of solid precast beam when the mid-span deflection is the same.By analyzing the bearing capacity index,it is concluded that it can meet the basic requirements of the project.
