摘 要:在对建筑砖混垃圾破碎料进行筛分、分类、调整级配的基础上,制备了建筑砖混垃圾再生混凝土路面砖,并进行了早龄期基本力学性能试验。结果表明:(1)再生砖混骨料中废砖吸水量最大,影响再生混凝土路面砖制备过程中的水灰比控制及强度提升,需计算额外用水量;(2)再生砖混骨料混凝土路面砖的早期抗压、抗折强度随着水灰比的减小而增大,基本呈线性拟合关系;(3)掺入质量比3%以下的轻质物垃圾含有量对路面砖早期抗压、抗折强度的影响不显著。因此,在建筑砖混垃圾原材料及配合比条件下,制备的再生混凝土路面砖早期强度能满足路面砖规范要求。Based on the screening,classification and grading of the constructional brick-concrete waste crushed material,the constructional brick-concrete waste recycled concrete pavement bricks were fabricated,and the basic mechanical performance test of the early age strength was carried out.The results show that(1)the water absorption of the bricks of the recycled brick aggregate is large,which affects the water-cement ratio control and strength improvement during the fabrication of recycled concrete pavement bricks,and additional water consumption needs to be calculated.(2)the early compressive and flexural strength of concrete pavement bricks using recycled brick-concrete aggregate increase as the water-cement ratio decreases,which is basically a linear fitting relationship.(3)the influence of the content of light-weight materials with a mass ratio of less than 3%on the early compressive and flexural strength of pavement bricks is not significant.Therefore,under the conditions of the raw materials and mixing ratio of the building brick-concrete waste in this study,the early strength of the recycled brick-concrete pavement bricks can meet the requirements of the pavement brick standard.
