摘  要:通过调整轻集料混凝土的配合比,使其满足用作生产低能耗外围护墙板的混凝土的性能要求。进一步结合ABAQUS有限元模拟分析,讨论其模拟值与实测值之间的偏差,进而判定本研究的可行性。结果表明:水胶比在0.29~0.33之间时,适当增加减水剂的掺量可以有效降低混凝土的干密度和导热系数;掺入5%的硅灰,可以增加轻集料混凝土的抗折强度和抗压强度,改善了拌合物的黏聚性和保水性;水胶比和胶骨比对试件各项性能具有综合影响,互相之间具有一定制约作用;当水胶比在0.29~0.30之间,胶骨比在0.55~0.66之间时,试件的干密度、导热系数和抗压强度等性能均较为优异;墙板试件的导热系数模拟值与试验值吻合度较好,对于实现低能耗墙板的设计具有指导性意义。In order to meet the performance requirements of the concrete used for the production of low-energy peripheral wall panels,the mix ratio of lightweight aggregate concrete was adjusted.Combined with ABAQUS finite element simulation analysis,the deviation between the simulated value and the real test value is discussed,and then the feasibility of this research is determined.The results show that when the water-binder ratio is between 0.29 and 0.33,appropriately increasing the amount of water-reducing agent can effectively reduce the dry density and thermal conductivity of concrete.Adding 5%silica fume can increase the flexural strength and compressive strength of lightweight aggregate concrete,and improve the cohesion and water retention of the mixture.The water-binder ratio and the binder-aggregate ratio have a comprehensive influence on the various properties of the specimen,and they have a certain restrictive effect on each other.When the water-binder ratio is between 0.29 and 0.30,and the binder-aggregate ratio is between 0.55 and 0.66,the dry density,thermal conductivity and compressive strength of the specimen are all excellent.The simulated value of the thermal conductivity of the wallboard specimen is in good agreement with the experimental value,which has guiding significance for the design of low-energy wall panel.
