摘  要:当前振荡解列装置参数设定大多采用选取典型电网及发电机参数进行仿真分析的方法,仿真准确度低,在故障情况下会导致解列装置动作时间有误,造成电网失稳或对故障后系统稳定恢复不利的影响。基于以上问题,采用电力系统分析综合程序(Power System Analysis Synthesis Program,PSASP),针对黑龙江电网的实际运行情况,选取省内某电厂实际装置构建仿真计算模型,获取不同方式下系统各级母线发生故障时的发电机端振解电压,以此作为电厂振解装置动作的判断依据。相较于已有的发电机端振解电压获取方法,通过PSASP对电厂实际参数进行仿真的方法具有更高的准确性,能够为振解装置参数的制定提供参考。Currently,the parameter settings of oscillation splitting device mostly adopt the method of selecting typical power grid and generator parameters for simulation analysis.The simulation accuracy of this method is low,which will lead to the operation time error of splitting device in case of fault,resulting in grid instability or adverse impact on system stability recovery after fault.Based on the above problems,aiming at the actual operation situation of Heilongjiang power grid,the actual device of a power plant in the province is selected to build the simulation calculation model by Power System Analysis Comprehensive Program(PSASP),and the voltage of oscillation splitting at generator terminal when all levels of bus fault occurs in different modes is obtained,which can be used as the judgment basis for the action of oscillation splitting device in power plant.Compared with the existing methods to obtain the voltage of oscillation splitting at generator terminal,the method of simulating the actual parameters of power plant through PSASP has higher accuracy,which can provide reference for the formulation of parameters of oscillation splitting device.
