摘  要:压缩型、螺栓型、楔型耐张线夹广泛应用于电力工程。施工中操作人员是否按工艺要求规范安装,直接影响到工程质量。阐述了上述三种电力金具固定导、地线原理,例举现场安装不规范、错误安装实例,针对螺栓型、楔型耐张线夹握力试验标准值取值不同的问题进行探讨,提出工程基建及运维阶段开展X射线无损检测、带电紫外检测方式,结合线夹典型缺陷检测图例,使施工人员及运维人员更易理解、操作性强,确保输电线路安全稳定运行。Compression-type,bolt-type and wedge-type strain clamp are widely used in power engineering.Whether the operators install according to the process requirements directly affects the quality of the project.The principles of fixing conductor and ground wire of the above three kinds of power fittings are described.Examples of nonstandard and wrong installation on site are cited.In view of the different standard values of grip strength test for bolt-type and wedge-type strain clamp,X-ray nondestructive detection and live ultraviolet detection in the construction and operation and maintenance stages of the project are proposed.Combined with the typical defect detection legend of clamp,the construction personnel,operation and maintenance personnel are easier to understand and operate,so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of the transmission line.
