摘 要:某电站小汽轮机运行过程中发生润滑油冷油器换热片穿孔泄漏事故,通过宏观形貌观察、断口微区检测、化学成分检测、显微组织检测、力学性能检测等试验方法对冷油器换热片穿孔泄漏原因进行分析。结果表明,小汽轮机润滑油冷油器换热片穿孔泄漏是因为换热片接触的介质中存在极易于导致奥氏体不锈钢晶间腐蚀的Cl、Na和K等元素,这些元素组成的盐类物质对换热片产生了点腐蚀,并导致其最终穿孔泄漏。During the operation of a small turbine in a power station,the leakage accident occurred in the heat exchanger of lubricating oil cooler.Through the macroscopic morphology observation,fracture micro area detection,chemical composition detection,microstructure detection,mechanical property test and other test methods,the leakage reason of oil cooler heat exchanger plate perforation was analyzed.The results show that the main reason for the perforation leakage of the heat exchanger plate of the lubricating oil cooler of the small steam turbine is the existence of Cl,Na,K and other elements which are easy to cause intergranular corrosion of austenitic stainless steel.The salt substance composed of these elements causes pitting corrosion to the heat exchanger plate and leads to the final perforation leakage.
