摘 要:采用三种材质不同的陶瓷膜对某燃煤电站高温烟气进行了过滤性能和清灰再生性能的实验研究。主要考查了过滤速度及粉尘浓度对陶瓷膜过滤效率的影响,结果表明,过滤速度越大,过滤效率越高;粉尘浓度增加,过滤效率升高。在模拟实际电厂条件下,氧化铝陶瓷膜的过滤性能优于堇青石陶瓷膜和莫来石陶瓷膜,且清灰再生效果也最佳,是高温燃煤烟气净化的合适材料。Three kinds of ceramic membranes with different materialswere used to conduct experimental research on the filtration performance and ash removal performance of a coal-fired power station high temperature flue gas.The effect of filtration speed and dust concentration on the filtration efficiency of ceramic membranes was mainly investigated.The results showed that the higher the filtration speed,the higher the filtration efficiency,the increase in dust concentration and the higher filtration efficiency.Under simulating actual power plant conditions,the filtration performance of alumina ceramic membrane was better than cordierite ceramic membrane and mullite ceramic membrane,and the effect of cleaning and regeneration was also the best.It was a suitable material for high-temperature coal-fired flue gas purification.
