摘  要:通过介绍芳烃联合装置的乙苯脱烷基异构化反应原理、异构化反应流程,从催化剂物性数据和反应温度、反应压力、重时空速等工艺条件以及轻烃比、乙苯转化率、PX平衡浓度、二甲苯单程损失率、催化剂处理能力等催化剂性能指标对国内最新工业化的EM-4600、SKI-210和I-500催化剂进行了比较。EM-4600催化剂具有很好的反应性能指标和产品效益,是最佳的乙苯脱烷基异构化催化剂。应综合考虑投资和收益等因素选择适合的乙苯脱烷基异构化催化剂,以保证PX产品在市场上具有竞争力。Through the introduction of ethylbenzene dealkylation isomerization reaction principle in aromatic complex unit,isomerization reaction process,the physical properties of the catalysts and process conditions such as reaction temperature,reaction pressure,weight hourly space velocity,and the ratio of hydrogen and hydrocarbon,ethylbenzene conversion,PX balance concentration,xylene single-pass loss rate and the processing ability,EM-4600,SKI-210 and I-500 catalysts applied to the latest domestic industrialization were compared.EM-4600 catalyst was the best catalyst for isomerization because of its good performance and product benefit.In order to ensure the competitiveness of PX products in the market,the appropriate catalyst should be selected by considering the factors such as investment and profit.
