摘　　要：在“双一流”建设背景下,地方高校面临如何进行教学改革,以培养服务区域重大战略需求的高质量人才的问题。本文以《电化学测试技术》课程为例,在坚持特色一流的基本原则上,围绕太原理工大学“双一流”建设目标,明确教学改革方向,从教学内容、教学方式、实验体系建立和师资保障等方面探索改革途径,确立了“三位一体”同步特色化的改革模式,全方位提高学生能力。Under the background of double first-class construction,local universities face with the problems that how to implement the educational reform and cultivate high-quality talents servicing local major strategic needs.The course of Electrochemical Measurement Technology was taken as an example.Adhered to the basic principle of first-class and characteristics,a clear direction for educational reform around the double first-class construction goals of Taiyuan University of Technology was given.Then the reforming ways were explored from teaching content,teaching methods,experimental system and teachers.The mode of“trinity”synchronous characteristic was established in order to improve the comprehensive quality of the students.
