摘　　要：目的:探讨心理护理干预对眼外伤急诊手术患者的影响。方法:选取70例眼外伤急诊手术患者为研究对象,根据护理方式不同分为观察组和对照组,每组各35例。对照组给予眼科常规护理;观察组在对照组基础上加心理护理干预;比较两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、恐惧视觉模拟量表(FVAS)评分及护理满意度。结果:入院时,两组患者SAS、SDS、FVAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者SAS、SDS、FVAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理干预可有效消除眼外伤急诊手术患者焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪及因恐怖等导致的心理压力,提升护理的满意度,值得临床推广。Objective:To observe the effect of psychological nursing intervention in patients with ocular trauma undergoing emergency operation.Methods:70 patients with ocular trauma who needed emergency operation were divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing methods,35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine ophthalmic care,the observation group was given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),fear visual analogue scale(FVAS)and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the scores of SAS,SDS and FVAS between the two groups at admission(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of SAS,SDS and FVAS in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological intervention can effectively eliminate the anxiety,depression and fear of emergency surgery patients with ocular trauma,and improve their satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
