面向产业技术链的高校专利转化伙伴识别服务路径研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在探索高校知识产权信息服务能力的提升。[方法/过程]以图书馆现有的专利信息服务内容为基础,构建了面向产业技术链的高校专利转化伙伴识别服务路径。[结果/结论]将企业技术信息与高校专利信息相融合,拓宽了高校专利转化伙伴信息的来源,适用于技术互补性和技术相似性原则下两种类型的实施行为,进而从增加企业数据服务供给与提升专利信息服务层次两方面对服务路径的实现策略进行研究。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to explore the improvement of intellectual property information service ability in colleges and universities.[Method/process]Based on the existing patent information service contents of a library,the paper constructs the identification service path of university patent transformation partners oriented to the industrial technology chain.[Result/conclusion]The integration of enterprise technology information and university patent information widens the source of university patent transformation partner information,which is suitable for two types of implementation behavior under the principle of technology complementarily and technology similarity.Then,the implementation strategy of service path is studied from two aspects of increasing enterprise data service supply and improving the patent information service level.
