地方融媒体应急信息服务的创新策略探讨--以2020年鄱阳县洪灾为例

摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在为突发事件的科学防控和精准施策提供参考。[方法/过程]以鄱阳县洪灾为例,分析地方融媒体在应急信息服务中存在的问题。[结果/结论]地方融媒体应急信息服务存在模式缺乏、传播力和合力不足、内容报道缺乏深度挖掘和整合、网络舆情引导不力等问题。提出构建地方融媒体应急信息服务模式,创新地方融媒体应急信息传输流程,构建地方融媒体应急信息服务组织机构,整合地方融媒体应急信息资源,加强融媒体应急智库建设,健全突发事件网络舆论引导机制。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide references for scientific prevention and control and precise implementing strategy for emergency events.[Method/process]Taking Poyang County floods for an example,this paper analyzes the problems of local convergence media in emergency information service.[Result/conclusion]The emergency information service of local convergence media has some problems,such as lack of mode,lack of communication power and resultant force,lack of in-depth excavation and integration of content reports,and lack of guidance of online public opinion.It puts forward some strategies,such as constructing the emergency information service mode of local convergence media,innovating the emergency information transmission process of local convergence media,building the emergency information service organizations of local convergence media,integrating the emergency information resources of local convergence media,strengthening the emergency think tank construction,and improving the online public opinion guidance mechanism for emergencies.
