摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在通过专利技术角度对我国基因治疗发展趋势等方面进行分析,为我国基因治疗技术研发和产业化提供参考。[方法/过程]以我国基因治疗技术专利为数据样本,从发展态势、地域分析、技术分析、申请人排名等方面,对中国基因治疗领域的发展现状展开分析。[结果/结论]研究表明,中国是基因治疗领域的技术活跃者,专利数量仅次于美国,世界排名第二。但是专利质量存在不足,全球排名前十的机构中,有6家美国机构,4家欧洲,尚未有中国机构。中国专利权人以高校为主,技术转化效率有待进一步提升,中国基因治疗领域以抗肿瘤为主。[Purpose/significance]The paper intends to analyze the development trend of gene therapy in China from the perspective of patent technology,to provide references for the research and development and industrialization of gene therapy technologies in China.[Method/process]Taking gene therapy technology patents as data samples in China,this paper analyzes the development status of gene therapy in China from the aspects of development trend,regional analysis,technical analysis and applicant ranking.[Result/conclusion]The research shows that China is an active player in gene therapy,and the number of patents is second only to the United States,ranking second in the world.However,the quality of patents is insufficient.Among the top ten institutions in the world,there are six American institutions,four European institutions,and no Chinese institutions yet.Chinese patentees are mainly universities,and the efficiency of technology transformation needs to be further improved.The field of gene therapy in China is mainly anti-tumor.
