妊娠期糖尿病孕妇生活质量量表的汉化和信效度检验

摘　　要：目的汉化妊娠期糖尿病孕妇生活质量量表,并对其进行文化调试及信效度检验。方法采用正译、综合、回译、专家委员会等方法翻译原量表;通过认知性访谈及专家评议对量表进行文化调适及内容效度评定。2020年6月—8月在广州市及珠海市2所三级甲等医院采用便利抽样法对272例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇进行调查,评价量表的信效度。结果中文版妊娠期糖尿病孕妇生活质量量表包含5个维度,分别为对妊娠高危因素的担忧(10个条目)、感知到的限制(7个条目)、妊娠期糖尿病并发症(4个条目)、药物与治疗(6个条目)和支持(5个条目)。总量表的内容效度指数为0.81,各维度的内容效度指数为0.86~1.00,平均内容效度指数为0.97;总量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.914,各维度的Cronbach’sα系数为0.656~0.920;总量表的重测信度为0.897,各维度的重测信度为0.669~0.902。结论中文版妊娠期糖尿病孕妇生活质量量表具有较好的信效度,可用于评价妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的生活质量水平,为临床制订健康教育策略及针对性护理措施提供依据。Objective The quality of life scale for women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDMQ)was translated into Chinese,and its cultural adjustment,reliability and validity were tested.Methods The original scale was translated by the methods of translation,synthesis,back translation and expert committee;the cultural adjustment and content validity of the scale were evaluated by the cognitive interview and expert consultation;272 women with GDM were investigated by convenience sampling method.The reliability and validity of the scale were evaluated.Results The Chinese version of GDMQ contains 5 dimensions,which are consistent with the original scale,namely concerns about high-risk pregnancy(with 10 items),perceived constraints(with 7 items),complications of GDM(with4 items),medication and treatment(with 6 items),support(with 5 items).The S-CVI/UA was 0.81,the I-CVI was0.86-1.00;the S-CVI/Ave was 0.97.The Cronbach’sαcoefficient of the total scale was 0.914,and the Cronbach’sαcoefficients of each dimension ranged from 0.656~0.920.The test-retest reliability of the total scale was 0.897.Conclusion The Chinese version of GDMQ has good reliability and validity,which can be used to evaluate the quality of life of pregnant women with GDM.It can provide corresponding bases for clinical medical staff to make health education strategies and targeted nursing measures.
