温阳化痰贴对小儿哮喘TH1、TH2细胞因子免疫调节的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨温阳化痰贴调节小儿哮喘稳定期细胞因子及免疫指标临床研究。方法选取2016年1月—2018年6月期间在该院门诊接收和住院治疗的小儿哮喘缓解期的患儿123例,随机分为治疗组63例,对照组60例,对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合应用温阳化痰贴。对比两组疗效。结果治疗后治疗组的细胞因子IFN-γ、IL-4、Th1/Th2分别是(48.79±7.98)ng/L,(38.45±3.56)ng/L、(1.26±5.76),免疫指标CD3+、 CD4+、CD8+及CD4/CD8分别是(75.78±5.87)%、(48.87±5.65)%、(25.45±3.56)%、(1.92±1.23),明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=1.930、3.210、2.150、3.540、2.430、3.030、1.860,P<0.05)。结论温阳化痰穴贴治疗小儿哮喘,可以调节机体细胞免疫、体液免疫功能,从而提高机体的抗病力,可直接或间接反射性的调整神经系统功能,有利于机体康复。Objective To investigate the clinical study of Wenyang Huatan paste regulating cytokines and immune indexes in children with asthma in stable phase.Methods Selected 123 children with asthma in remission in the hospital between January 2016 and June 2018 who were admitted and hospitalized in the hospital and were randomly divided into a treatment group of 63 cases,a control group of 60 cases,and the control group using conventional Western medicine treatment,the treatment group was combined with warming yang and phlegm paste on the basis of the control group.Compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results The cytokines IFN-γ,IL-4,Th1/Th2 in the treatment group after treatment were(48.79±7.98)ng/L,(38.45±3.56)ng/L,(1.26±5.76),and the immune indexes CD3+,CD4+,CD8+and CD4/CD8 were(75.78±5.87)%,(48.87±5.65)%,(25.45±3.56)%,(1.92±1.23),significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=1.930,3.210,2.150,3.540,2.430,3.030,1.860,P<0.05).Conclusion Warming Yang Huatan acupoint sticking to treat children with asthma can regulate the body's cellular immunity and humoral immunity,thereby improving the body's disease resistance,and directly or indirectly reflexively adjust the nervous system function,which is beneficial to the body's recovery.
