摘 要:目的分析在良性前列腺增生诊断中实施逼尿肌厚度超声测量所呈现出的诊断价值。方法分析对象选择于2019年1月—2020年7月就诊于该院的下尿路症状前列腺患者100例,以IPSS评分为依据实施分组,共分为3组,即轻度组、中度组、重度组,对3组患者均实施逼尿肌厚度超声测量诊断,对膀胱残余尿量、前列腺体积、逼尿肌厚度、前列腺分度、肾积水发生率、最大尿流量进行对比和分析。结果中度组患者膀胱残余尿量为(41.05±13.05)mL、逼尿肌厚度为(1.85±0.45)mm、前列腺体积为(43.26±18.30)m L、最大尿流量为(16.40±7.45)mL/s,与轻度组患者对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中度组和重度组患者以上指标对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在良性前列腺增生诊断中实施逼尿肌厚度超声测量可达到满意的诊断和预测目标,尤其可对膀胱出口梗阻进行预测,以此制定有效的治疗方案,对排尿功能障碍进行改善,促进患者生活质量提升。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of detrusor thickness ultrasonic measurement in the diagnosis of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods The analysis subjects selected 100 prostate patients with lower urinary tract symptoms who were admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to July 2020.Grouping was implemented based on the IPSS score,and they were divided into 3 groups,namely,mild group,moderate group,In the severe group,the three groups of patients were diagnosed by ultrasonic measurement of detrusor thickness.The residual urine volume of the bladder,the volume of the prostate,the thickness of the detrusor,the prostate index,the incidence of hydronephrosis,and the maximum urine flow were compared and analyzed.Results The residual urine volume of the bladder in the moderate group was(41.05±13.05)mL,the detrusor thickness was(1.85±0.45)mm,the prostate volume was(43.26±18.30)mL,and the maximum urine flow was(16.40±7.45)mL/s,compared with patients in the mild group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference in the above indicators between the moderate group and the severe group was statistically signif icant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of ultrasonic measurement of detrusor muscle thickness in the diagnosis of benign prostatic hyperplasia can achieve satisfactory diagnosis and prediction goals,especially for the prediction of bladder outlet obstruction,so as to formulate an effective treatment plan to improve urinary dysfunction and promote patients’living quality.
