中西医结合治疗腰间盘突出症的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合对腰间盘突出症的治疗效果。方法采用该院2017年1月—2019年12月接收的268例腰间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,其中200例进行中西医药物治疗的患者作为对照组,68例手术后配合中医药治疗的患者作为研究组。观察分析两组患者的临床疗效、预后情况、疼痛情况、工作能力情况以及临床症状评分情况。结果研究组患者临床治疗总有效率为98.53%、腰椎功能评分(25.40±8.20)分、疼痛评分(1.10±0.49)分、镇痛起效时间(3.38±1.03)min、镇痛维持时间(30.85±2.60)min、疼痛缓解时间(2.21±0.20)d、疼痛消失时间(28.80±1.29)d、临床症状积分总分(2.49±0.29)分、工作能力优良率(97.06%),其数据均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.112,t=8.342、16.604、34.430、54.532、100.385、153.729、36.345,χ^(2)=5.118,P<0.05)。结论为腰间盘突出症患者实施手术配合中药进行治疗,能够提升患者工作能力情况,改善患者预后。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on lumbar disc herniation.Methods 268 patients with lumbar disc herniation received in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were used as the research object.Among them,200 patients treated with traditional Chinese and western medicine were used as the control group,and 68 patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine after surgery as the study group.Observed and analyzed the clinical efficacy,prognosis,pain,work ability,and clinical symptom scores of the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was 98.53%,lumbar function score(25.40±8.20)points,pain score(1.10±0.49)points,analgesic onset time(3.38±1.03)min,analgesic maintenance time(30.85±2.60)min,pain relief time(2.21±0.20)d,pain disappearance time(28.80±1.29)d,total clinical symptom score(2.49±0.29)points,good work ability rate(97.06%),the data were all more excellent than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.112,t=8.342,16.604,34.430,54.532,100.385,153.729,36.345,χ^(2)=5.118,P<0.05).Conclusion The operation of patients with lumbar disc herniation combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment can improve the working ability of the patients and improve the prognosis of the patients.
