摘  要:本实验研究了国标索氏抽提法与折光法快速测定方法下,不同植物油料品种和不同处理工艺下菜籽的脂肪含量值。结果表明:该方法适用于大豆、花生、核桃、米糠,亚麻籽以及棉籽油料脂肪含量的检测,数据表明与索氏提取法的测定结果无显著性差异,折光法数据的准确度在0.5%以内,变异系数不大于3.22%。同时,菜籽油料及饼和粕的脂肪含量逐渐减少,从1.23%~43.12%不等,两种方法变异系数都在7%以下,该方法精密度与国标法相似。实验证明,折光法快速脂肪含量测定仪测定油料范围广泛,节约工作时间和实验试剂用量,结果准确度高,能够满足油料饼粕生产线上油脂检测的要求。This experiment studies the fat content in different processing techniques of rapeseed oil was determined by soxhlet extraction and rapid refraction methoded.The results show that the method is suitable for the detection of fat content in soybean,peanut,walnut,rice bran,linseed and cottonseed oil.The data showed that there was no significant difference between two methods.The accuracy of the refractive index data was within 0.5%,the coefficient of variation is not more than 3.22%.In addition,the fat content of rapeseed oil,oil cakes and meals gradually decreased,ranging from 1.23%to 43.12%,and the coefficient of variation of both methods was below 7%.The precision of this method was similar to that of the Soxhlet extraction method.Experiments have proved that the rapid refraction fat content analyzer measures a wide range of oils,saves time and the amount of experimental reagents,and has high accuracy.It can meet the requirements of oil detection on the oil,oilcakes and oil meals'production line.
