摘　　要：[目的/意义]面对网络智能化的新时代和国家安全与发展的新形势,声像情报迎来了新一轮升级跨越的历史机遇期,但也面临着前所未有的严峻挑战。[方法/过程]该文剖析反思了历史、现实多重因素作用下声像情报不可回避的发展困境及深层原因,并以新的战略思维和全局视野,重新审视了声像情报未来建设发展的主要方向。[结果/结论]研究结果确立了新时期声像情报工作转型的核心需求,并创新提出了声像情报五大优先发展领域的重要特征和远景目标。[Purpose/Significance]Facing the new era of network intellectualization and the new situation of national security and development,Audio-Visual Intelligence(AVI)has ushered in a new round of upgrading and leaping historical opportunity period,but also faces unprecedented severe challenges.[Method/Process]This paper analyzes and reflects the inescapable dilemma of the AVI development and its deep reasons under the influence of historical and realistic factors,and reexamines the main direction of the future AVI development with a new strategic thinking method and an overall vision.[Result/Conclusion]This paper establishes the core requirements of the transformation of AVI work in the new era,and puts forward innovatively the important characteristics and long-term goals of five priority development areas of AVI.
