摘　　要：船舶齿轮箱是船舶推进系统的重要组成部分,齿轮箱技术状态直接影响船舶在航状态。文章以某船用齿轮箱接排异常故障为例,通过结构及原理分析、故障机理分析、故障排查和修理验证,对该船用齿轮箱接排异常故障排查过程进行了复现和总结,为该型号齿轮箱类似故障排除和预防提供了经验。Ship gearbox is an important part of ship propulsion system.The technical state of gearbox directly affects the ship’s sailing state.Taking the abnormal fault of a marine gear box as an example,through the analysis of structure and principle,fault mechanism,fault checking and repair verification,the process of abnormal fault checking of the ship gear box is reproduced and summarized,which provides experience for similar troubleshooting and prevention of the type gear box.
