体育法律专业硕士培养的教学改革研究--以孙杨案庭审律师表现为视角

摘　　要：孙杨案裁决结果出来以后,关于孙杨案的诸多解读已经很多了,本文是从孙杨案律师团队的诸多问题入手,研讨了国内律师在国际体育仲裁中表现不尽如人意的原因,由此提出研究生教育中的体育法学专业硕士研究生教育能否承担起国际体育法律师职业教育的问题,并进而探讨目前教育中存在的诸如教学计划、教材选用、体育个性、导师聘任中存在的问题,并提出了自己的意见和建议。After the result of the Sun Yang case was ruled,many interpretations of the case have appeared.Starting from the angle of many problems in Sun Yang case that were caused by Sun’s lawyer team,this article discusses the reasons why domestic lawyers did not make satisfactory achievements in international sports arbitration.The paper further puts forward the questions whether the cultivation of JMs of sports law are competent to the specialized education of international lawyers.The article then discusses the current issues in such field as teaching plan,selection of teaching materials,sports personality,and the appointment of supervisors.Last,the author of this article provides his opinion and suggestions.
