摘 要:为准确分析矿山掘进工作面喷浆支护后的热环境,采用工程实测和数值模拟的方法对喷浆支护掘进工作面热环境进行研究。在分析混凝土水化放热原理、喷浆支护掘进工作面热交换原理和标准κ-ε湍流模型的基础上,结合矿山工程实例,利用ICEM CFD和Fluent软件建立喷浆支护掘进工作面模型,模型中通过对支护体设置热源形式实现混凝土水化放热的模拟。制定方案进行掘进工作面温度实测和数值模拟,通过实测数据验证了数值模拟的准确性。分析数值模拟喷浆支护掘进工作面温度场和速度场的分布规律,得出断面温度随混凝土龄期呈多项式函数规律变化,可为矿山掘进工作面热害控制提供参考。The given article intends to analyze accurately the thermal mining environment based on the shotcrete support in the heading face through engineering measurement and numerical simulation.In combination with the example of the mining engineering principle,it would be possible to build up a model of shotcrete support heading face based on the analysis of the principle of the concrete hydration thermos release and the standardκ-εturbulence model via the ICEM CFD and the Fluent software.The given turbulence model can be divided into the unstructured meshes for generating the tetrahedral meshes and the boundary layer prism meshes mainly near the wall surface,with its total grid number of 1026746 so as to set up the concrete bodies of different ages in the shotcrete supporting thermos face.Besides,the settled model can also help to finish the simulation of the concrete hydration thermos release by setting the supporting body as a thermos source.At the same time,we have also formulated an actual plan for measuring the heading face temperature,which is divided into 4 temperature measuring sections,with each measuring section provided with the following 3 measuring points at the central line,with the dry-bulb temperature measuring device being performed every 3 days as a result of6 times measurement in total.And,then,the numerical simulation can further be done via the Fluent software for every 3 other days in correspondence with the temperature measuring schedule.The accuracy of the numerical simulation can be checked in turn through the measured data with the simulation results.And,next,through comparison and analysis of the distribution regularities of the shotcrete and the heading face supporting temperature fields in the velocity field,it can be concluded that:First of all,the temperature of the heading face may gradually increase in the direction of the wind flowing.And,secondly,the central temperature of the roadway can be made lower than the temperature near the wall,so as to make the temperature near the floor
