摘 要:火灾发生时,空气幕可以在不影响人员通行情况下阻挡烟气的蔓延,适用于逃生楼梯口处。运用Pyrosim软件,对一简单建筑模型进行火灾模拟,研究空气幕距挡烟垂壁及火源不同距离时的挡烟效果差异,通过烟气蔓延情况,对空气幕处的速度矢量、空气幕后方测点处温度、CO浓度等数据进行比较分析,得出空气幕距挡烟垂壁的最优设置距离为0.5~1 m;火源位置对空气幕挡烟性能的影响不大。The present paper is inclined to build up a physical model with the Pyrosim fire simulation software to simulate the distance between the air curtain and the hanging wall.As is known,for the time being,the application of the air curtain to the fire scene in most cases is to combine with the hanging wall,but there doesn’t exist any definite standard or reference basis for the distance setting between the air curtain and the hang wall.Therefore,to optimize the setting distance,the given paper would like to suggest to adopt the LES method with the simulation time being 300 seconds.To answer why for the choice,we simulate the smoke blocking effect of the different distances between the air curtain and the hanging wall with the trial application of the power of 1 MW and 2 MW fire source.By setting the testing temperature and the CO concent measuring rate behind the air curtain,it can be found that the optimum distance should range from0.5 m to 1 m through the analysis of the specific numerical simulation.Meanswhile,to analyze its principle,the given author has set up different heights under the air curtain,and find that,the geater the distance between the air curtain and the hanging wall,the greater the velocity attenuation under the air curtain.Therefore,if the distance between the air curtain and the hanging wall is great,especially,when the distance exceeds 3 m,the greater would be the turbulence between the air curtain and the hanging wall,with the airflow attenuation may nearly come down to 0 on the lower part of the air curtain.Moreover,in such a situation,there would occur the smoke block effect to interfere with the air curtain.Therefore,seeing the need,we have made a further simulation to immitate such a kind of smoke block effect between the fire source and the air curtain.Thus,it can be concluded that the location or position of the fire source has little effect on the smoke shielding performance of the air curtain rather than the air curtain itself can.
