摘  要:为了探索线板式电除尘器在高压放电过程中离子风的流动特性,使用Fluent软件对电除尘器进行三维数值模拟研究。通过用户自定义函数(UDF)编写实现了电场、流场以及颗粒场的耦合,讨论了在不同电场风速、运行电压和板间距下,离子风对流场特性的影响。结果表明:在离子风的影响下,电晕极附近会形成对称的涡旋,电场风速较低时涡旋更明显;随电场风速增加离子风对主流气流的影响减弱,当电场风速大于0.8 m/s时,离子风的影响较弱;离子风对主流气流的影响也会随运行电压升高而增大,随板间距增大而减小。The paper is aimed to study the flow characteristics of the ion wind in the discharge process of the wire plate electrostatic precipitator by means of numerical simulation,so as to find out the method to improve the efficiency of dust removal. First of all,we have realized the coupling of the electric field,the flow field and the particle field through the UDF of the Fluent software.And,then,a 3-D numerical simulation study has also been done on the entire electrostatic precipitator. Thus,in comparison with the results of other research literatures,we have proven the correctness and confidence of the model mainly through the analysis of the influence of the ion wind on the flow field features under the different wind speed,the operating voltage and the plate spacing positions. The results of our research show that there exist symmetrical vortices near the corona electrode in the opposite rotation direction,as well as the vortices obviously in case when the wind speed of the electric field is low under the influence of the ion wind. Thus,with the increase of the wind speed,the influence of the ion wind on the mainstream flow may tend to get slackened. For instance,when the wind speed is greater than0. 8 m/s,the effect of the ion wind can be ignored. In addition,the effect of the ion wind on the main flow can be enhanced with the increase of the operating voltage,and slackened with the increase of the plate spacing. Besides,we have also been found that when the wind speed is 0. 4 m/s,the influence of the ion wind on the dust removal efficiency turns to be slackened with the increase of the operating voltage. And,on the contrary,with the increase of the plate spacing,the influence of the ion wind on the dust removal efficiency can be enhanced. Therefore,the conclusion we have gained is in a position to provide a theoretical support for the design and transformation of the electrostatic precipitator.
