摘　　要：液混式膨化硝铵炸药工艺设备是目前炸药生产中一种比较先进的工艺设备,既能实现自动化生产,也可以对生产全过程的各项数据进行全面监控,实现对数据的全面采集,得到的数据,可用于调整生产工艺参数,优化生产过程,更好地保证施工质量。加强对液混式膨化硝铵炸药工艺设备技术优势和生产过程的分析研究,有助于更好地推广此种先进的炸药生产技术。Liquid mixed expanded ammonium nitrate explosive process equipment is more advanced process equipment in explosive production at present.It can not only realize automatic production,but also monitor all kinds of data in the whole process of production.The obtained data can be used to adjust production process parameters,optimize production process and ensure construction quality.Strengthening the analysis and research on the technical advantages and production process of liquid mixed expanded ammonium nitrate explosive is helpful to popularize this advanced explosive production technology.
