摘　　要：大数据背景下高校图书馆学科服务,为高校学科发展提供了重要作用。北京石油化工学院图书馆集藏、借、阅、视、听为一体,通过使用RFID图书智能管理系统与汇文图书文献管理系统,构建资源整合平台,实施全开放借阅一体化运行模式,实现了真正意义的数字图书馆。数字服务上,依托文献信息资源和良好的局域网环境,建成了具有时代特色的学科化、个性化服务体系,网络电子文献保障系统全面24 h连续服务,不仅在面对面咨询服务的基础上增加了电子邮件和实时在线的参考咨询服务,而且还通过网络提供跟踪课题、代查代检、查收查引文献、馆际互借、引文检索、原文传递、学科热点文献追踪推送等层次的信息服务,同时深入二级学院提供用户教育培训、定题及情报分析等个性化服务。Under the background of big data,subject service of university library plays an important role in the development of university subject.The library of Beijing Institute of Petroleum and Chemical Technology integrates collection,borrowing,reading,viewing and listening.Through the use of RFID book intelligent management system and Huiwen book and document management system,it constructs a resource integration platform,implements the full open borrowing and reading integrated operation mode,and realizes the real significance of digital library.In terms of digital services,relying on the literature information resources and good LAN environment,we have built a discipline and personalized service system with the characteristics of the times.The network electronic literature guarantee system provides comprehensive 24 hour continuous services.It not only increases the e-mail and real-time online reference services on the basis of face-to-face consulting services,but also provides tracking topics,agent checking and agent checking through the network.At the same time,it provides personalized services such as user education and training,topic setting and information analysis.
