摘  要:通过溶液聚合制备一种AMPS类缓凝剂R55L,通过GPC和红外色谱表征了该聚合物的分子量及微观结构,利用DSC等分析手段证实此种缓凝剂可耐温至275℃。此聚合物缓凝剂初稠低、过渡时间短、稠化时间可调、加量敏感性低、稠化曲线呈“直角”稠化、属于高温缓凝剂。缓凝剂在水泥颗粒表面的吸附行为及ζ电位研究表明,缓凝剂吸附未达到饱和时,为线性吸附;当达到饱和吸附后,缓凝剂增加,吸附量不再改变,达到饱和吸附量时的缓凝剂加量为1%。此种高温缓凝剂配置的水泥浆在南海乐东区块进行了现场应用,固井质量达到要求,保证了施工安全。AMPS-based retarder R55L was prepared by solution polymerization.By ways of GPC and FT-IR spectrography,the molecular weight and microstructure of the polymer were characterized.DSC was used to confirm that the retarder could withstand temperature up to 275℃.The results show that the retarder is a high temperature retarder with the advantages of low initial thickening,short transition time,adjustable thickening time,low dosing sensitivity and“right-angle”thickening curve.Adsorption behavior between retarder and cement particle surface was studied.When the adsorption capacity of retarder does not reach saturation,zeta potential linearly decreases with retarder.When the adsorption capacity of retarder reaches saturation point,where the addition of retarder is 1%BWOC,the amount of adsorption is not changed with the retarder.The cement slurry with retarder R55L has been applied in Ledong block in South China Sea.The cementing quality has met the requirements and ensured safety of cementing operation.
