摘　　要：HT-L是中国具有自主知识产权的高效、洁净、煤种适应性广的煤气化技术。为减少开停车检维修频次和降低生产成本及系统故障,推动安全生产有效运行,对原始开车以来影响安全生产工艺进行了优化改进,从根本上消除了隐患和问题,有效降低了风险管控等级,实现了气化装置安稳长满优运行的目标。HT-L is a coal gasification technology with independent intellectual property rights in China,which is efficient,clean and adaptable to various kinds of coal.In order to reduce the frequency of start-up and shut-down inspection and maintenance,reduce production costs and system faults,and promote the effective operation of safe production,the process affecting safe production since the original start-up was optimized and improved,which fundamentally eliminated hidden dangers and problems,effectively reduced the level of risk management and control,and achieved the goal of safe,stable,long term and optimal operation of gasification unit.
