摘 要:运用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件,探讨了某酸化萃取工段1,2-二氯乙烷含盐废水汽提分离工艺过程的汽提塔塔板数、蒸汽流量、废水进料温度、操作压力对塔底废水中1,2-二氯乙烷质量分数的影响。优化了汽提工艺流程,同时,考察了不同蒸汽流量条件下各主要流股参数的影响。结果表明,塔板数为20块,废水进料温度为100℃,蒸汽流量为540 kg/h,常压条件下汽提后的废水中1,2-二氯乙烷质量分数可达到3.85×10^(-5),1,2-二氯乙烷去除率达到99.57%。Using Aspen Plus process simulation software,the effects of stripper plate number,steam flow rate,feed temperature and operating pressure on the concentration of 1,2-dichloroethane in the bottom of the tower in the stripping process of brine containing wastewater from an acidizing extraction section were studied.The stripping process was optimized and the effects of main flow parameters on different steam flow rates were investigated.The results show that the mass fraction of 1,2-dichloroethane can reach 3.85×10^(-5) and the removal rate of 1,2-dichloroethane can reach 99.57%when the number of trays is 20,the feed temperature of wastewater is 100℃and the steam flow rate is 540 kg/h.
