摘　　要：文章介绍了国内现有机硅生产中甲基氯硅烷单体合成工段的生产工艺流程、原料及单体性质,针对不同的生产系统,涉及原料、产品多属于易燃易爆危险化学品特点,分析了原料以及单元操作时易发生安全事故的环节,并提出了安全应对措施,以降低单体合成运行安全风险。This paper introduces the production process,raw materials and monomer properties of methyl chlorosilane monomer synthesis.According to the characteristics of different production systems,the raw materials and products are mostly flammable and explosive dangerous chemicals,analyzes the risks in raw materials and unit operation,and some suggestions are given to improve the safety,so as to reduce the risk of monomer synthetic operation.
